We offer our clients Personalized Story Slideshows, Delightful Dedications and custom video wallpapers to add “Pizazz” to your unique celebration!
TIPS:
- Artwork for Custom Drum Head Displays, Green Screen backgrounds and backdrops will have specific art requirements. Be sure to follow the instructions given to you by your Event Specialist.
- For Slideshows: title your .jpg with a name and number if you’d like the pictures to be in a certain order. (For example; if you want 3 sections to your slideshow then use: secA001, secA002, secA003, etc. secB001, secB002, secB003, etc. secC001, secC002, secC003, etc.) Just be sure to leave an explanation regarding the file names.
- Delightful Dedications – can include video, audio, pictures, text. You and your guests can record video and audio on any device, save the files in correct format and upload – voila! We will add them all into a compilation video show.
- Video Wallpapers – (available with video projection option) are basically just picture files that will be inserted in randomly during background music or dancing as arranged.
- Formats: Audio Files should be MP3 if possible, Video can be AVI, MPEG, WAV, WMV (many formats are ok), Pictures are best as JPG but we can work with BMP and TIF if needed.
- Need ideas for musical dedications?
We will provide you a private DropBox to transfer your photos, video, audio or documents to be included into your custom creation. If you would also like a private phone number for audio dedications to be made, let us know!
- You can upload as much as you wish however it’s best to put all of your pictures into folders and then put the folders into one .zip folder
- You can add detailed notes to your transfer using NotePad or Word or you can simply email them.
